EXISTING CRITICAL GRID INFRASTRUCTURE

Infrastructure already in place

Critical high-voltage transformer infrastructure is already constructed at the project location — removing one of the biggest time and infrastructure barriers in large-scale renewable development.

≈200 m

Estimated distance from project infrastructure to the designated high-voltage grid connection point.

The project connects through the Szabolcsbáka 750/400 kV grid environment. The very short connection route materially reduces exposure to long high-voltage cable routes and associated implementation complexity.

Project analysis identifies 1,500 kWh/m² at the micro-location without a tracker and up to 1,950 kWh/m² with single-axis tracking.

The four approximately 50 MW units form one integrated 200 MW development package. DODO is the Master Project Company and holds completed RTB status for the first approximately 50 MW unit within the overall 200 MW project.

The project is offered and developed as a 200 MW package and is not presented for individual 50 MW disposal. The modular structure supports phased construction without breaking the commercial integrity of the overall project.

BESS DOES NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR SOLAR

The BESS component can be developed and brought into commercial operation independently of completion of the full solar park.

This creates the potential for energy trading and commercial operation while solar construction continues. The current target implementation period for the initial 400 MWh BESS is approximately five months, subject to final technical configuration, permitting, procurement and implementation schedule.
